Meet the owners
At the Raw Health Bar, Dandy and Ray aim to create an environment that promotes a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Physical wellness is a great starting point and we create healthy food choices that make choosing a healthier l lifestyle easy, enjoyable and affordable. Having an awareness of where our food is sourced from and the impact it has on the environment, are all factors we bring attention to. We use local farms to produce organic juices and superfood smoothies that have been created mindfully towards optimum nutritional benefit. We provide awareness of superfood nutrition with a wide range of superfood powders and support sustainability by reducing our waste, using compostable cups and straws and glass returnable bottles.

“Our relationship to food is a central one that reflects our attitudes toward our environment and ourselves. As a practice, mindful eating can bring us awareness of our own actions, thoughts, feelings and motivations, and insight into the roots of health and contentment... Many people who try eating more mindfully discover that mindfulness may be just the perfect seasoning for any meal.” The Center for Mindful Eating
